At the Marien Ngouabi University research is conducted in a number of a laboratories and research groups that cover disciplines in which the university offers training. The University’s researchers are active in scientific networks, working with researchers across the globe.
UNESCO currently supports research at MNU through the financing of two UNESCO Chair Programs, including one in educational science and one in engineering sciences.
The Francophone University Agency is also a key player in supporting research at MNU. The Agency facilitates access to scientific literature and in particular, offers scholarships to students enrolled in in master's and doctorate programs as well as teachers and researchers.
